Went to use the 110V outlets in the bed of my 21 Powerboost, and found that the Phase B duplex outlet does not work. Phase A works fine, and the 220V outlet is also fine. Green light is on (not flashing). I tried removing the power panel to inspect the rear of the outlets for obvious issues...

21 PB Limited purchased used a couple months ago with ~28k miles. Just noticed that there is different color coolant in the 2 coolant bottles under the hood! Manual says both should be Yellow. The Low temp (smaller one) is yellow, and the Hi Temp cooling circuit (larger one) has orange...
