Camper shell dust problem

On dirt roads the trucks suck up dust and bring it inside the bed. I installed a rubber tailgate gasket and this limits dust at this one spot but I still have it coming in from above the tailgate where the Snugtop shell does not effectively seal the rear window area.

I would be interested in how others may have dealt with this problem.
