No volume on SYNC Navigation

I have a 2023 F-150 Platinum and I cannot get any volume out of my Navigation. I have tried the volume control with no success. Any ideas?

Touch to toggle the NAV MUTE button visible on the screen when navigating, shown here with a line through the speaker icon (indicating it's muted). Note you must enter a destination and hit "start" ('start navigating to the destination' on the NAV screen) for that icon to be visible.

Then adjust the volume while the nav voice is speaking.

When you enter a destination and hit 'start' for the first time upon starting the truck, do you at least hear the 'nanny message' (keep eyes on the road, hands on the wheel, etc) which overrides the mute?

Negative, nothing.

Seems you have voice prompts turned off or the volume adjusted down on the sync voice.

Hit the sync button on steering wheel and do you hear the voice asking what you want?

If not then you need to adjust volume knob immediately after hitting the sync button on steering wheel to turn up the voice volume. You have to adjust volume while it is talking there isn't a separate option.

No, it was working fine, then one day no volume.

By any chance did this volume gremlin pop up after one of the OTA updates? Mines been doing some weird shit since the last update

Yes it is a powerboost

That is a good possibility, I had the dreaded will not start problem and had to disconnect the batteries to get it to start. Can't say for sure that it was before or after that.
