For fun, and maybe to vent, we should start a thread to see who has had the most warranty claims/issues with their gen 14 F-150.
Before I start I'll say that I have 2 others Fords. A '90 Mustang GT and a '95 F-150 XLT as a work truck so im not new to the brand and like Fords...obviously. This one BY FAR has been the most troublesome.
'22 Lariat 3.5 EB extended cab long bed 4wd. less than 14k miles.
So far.
1. bed camera and third stop light disconnected upon arrival.
2. Battery replaced.
3. Front differential rebuilt
4. Rear driveshaft replaced
5. torque converter replaced.
6. overhead console replaced
7. rear door window seal replaced
8. rear glass exterior roof rubber trim replaced
9.transmission replaced
10. rear pinion seal replaced
I got it out of the shop yesterday after 16 days to have the trans replaced and now there's a decent coolant leak and while looking for that I noticed that one of the belts is disintegrating into powder that is all over the front of the motor.
And I'm not including the recalls that everyone has to deal with. So far being the trailer brake reprogram and wiper motor recall. Nor am I including the electronic gremlins that seemed to have self repaired.
